Garbage City GT (Private Sector complaining)

I certainly hope, today is not the first time the Private Sector has realized Guyana is riddled with Garbage. I was under the impression that Guyana implemented a law combating littering. I guess that went through the window like all other laws in GT. I have to commend them for shedding light on this issues, although I think the have ulterior motives. Jack of all Trades - Gerry (todays trade of choice is Chairman of the Private Sector Commission) simply wanted a free picture of himself in the newspapers, his usual scheme of obtaining free advertising.
