The financial instability/crisis around the world is rubbing off here, apparently it got even the police men flipping out. A police man stupidly- at Gun point and high like a kite (under the influence of lord only knows what) - hijacked a car along with the driver. What the F*** was he thinking. The police man ended up crashing the get away car, while the occupant managed to escape and call some sane and sober authorities for help.
