Sumfest 2008 lineup

Grammy winning Hip-Hop entertainer T-Pain has been added to the Hot lineup for Reggae Sumfest 2008. T-Pain's music is a cross between both Hip-Hop and R&B; the result, the smash hit singles “I’m Sprung” and “I’m In Love with a Stripper”. The album “Rappa Ternt Sanga” was an instant success with the single " I’m Sprung” which peaked at number eight on the Billboard Top 100 Charts, selling over 800,000 copies.

We all know, If he hadn't done a remix with Vybz, he would not have been invited to perform at Sumfest. (giggles)

In 2007, he released the album “Epiphany” which included club hits such as and “Buy You a Drink”“Bartender”. The album debuted at number one on the Billboard Charts. In 2008, now a platinum selling artiste, T-Pain’s tunes have taken over radio stations world-wide, making it impossible to escape the hit maker. He has managed to produce more chart topping hits in a four year period than many artists have been able to in an entire lifetime.
