Bob Marley family " Jamming."

Bob Marley has been dead for many years but his musical rhythms still play a major role in Caribbean and World culture. Mr. Jurek Zamoyski, the owner and founder of Jurek International Graphic, was in agreement with the Marley Companies to use his images on clothing and other objects. In 1999 Jurek's company ceased operations and terminated all agreements with the Marley Companies, ensuring none of his designs should be replicated.

To date Mr. Zamoyski alleges that Zion Rootswear, Fifty-Six Hope Road Music Ltd and Bob Marley Music Inc. have been replicating three of his copyrighted images of Bob Marley on T-shirts onto other objects without his consent and have been selling them worldwide. The three images that have been used are: "Rasta Dreads," "Lion Zion" and "Kaya Man". These images were all painted by Zamoyski. The images were licensed to Jurek International Graphic in the 1990's. Now hear this story, Jurek has approached the Marleys to get some of the royalties he thinks is legally his of course, but they refused to speak to his ass. Jurek's lawyer has tried resolving the issue with the Marley's but that too has proved unsuccessful. Well that should teach him not to mess with Jamaican's. lol Depending on his copyright contract which was dissolved in 1999, he better hope that the contract did stipulate that no one is permitted to reuse the images after it was dissolved. Because if that is not the case then he is screwed. He is such a money hungry Pole. Trust me, I not disagreeing I would sue them Marleys too.
