Dregding channels.

I see Guyana has acquired a new $40 million dollar Pontoon, to accommodate dredging equipment. Very interesting, the last time I witnessed dredging of the channels, it was done with such inexperience. When disposing of the debris, they didn't take into consideration tides and where they dumped the waste, but it is apparent that it found it's way back inland, in the middle of the Demerara river, in West Watooka. Now this is just another reason why it is dangerous to commute via boat on these rivers. Have a look at these children, walking on water in the Demerara river, I thought I wasn't seeing correct. Now we shouldn't wonder what causes all those mysterious boating accidents anymore..... all those damn ass sand banks that are popping up across the country.
