Has anyone noticed just one week before CARIFESTA, the government has the urge to clean up our environment. Government should realize by now, if they do regular clean ups through out the year, it won't be such a hassle to clean up the big ass pile of mess, when big events are scheduled to come into town. The only valid argument the Government may have, as to why they don't do regular cleanups , would be due to labour costs (which aren't high in any case, but we will look over that minor detail), but guess what, they can access free ass labour, by using all those individuals who commit petty and minor crimes, and put their asses to work. Let them pay off their debt to society. Doesn't take a frigging genius to come up with this idea. Lawd...... Why must we be so last minute in every aspect of our lives. I tell yuh Procrastination is a Sin. Do you agree with me or not ?
